- Boneless chicken/paneer cubes
- 1 cup curd
- 2-4 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp grated mango chutney/thokku/pickle
- 1pinch red food colour
- 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Marinate boneless chicken or paneer cubes with 1 cup curd, 2-4 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp grated mango chutney/thokku/ pickle, a pinch of red food colour, 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste.
Skewer, pan grill or cook in OTG for 15-20 mins @ 160 C.
