Achari Tikka

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken/paneer cubes
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2-4 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp grated mango chutney/thokku/pickle
  • 1pinch red food colour
  • 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

Preparation

  1. Marinate boneless chicken or paneer cubes with 1 cup curd, 2-4 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp grated mango chutney/thokku/ pickle, a pinch of red food colour, 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste.

Skewer, pan grill or cook in OTG for 15-20 mins @ 160 C.
