- 1 kg crabs
- 2 onions slice
- 2 tomatoes slices
- few peppercorns
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Zaiqa’s Noor-e-Samundar Masala
- Wash and Clean 1 kg crabs.
- In a pan sauté 2 onions slices, few peppercorns, 2 tomatoes slices well, sauté till almost done. Cool and grind to paste.
- Pan, add oil fry ginger garlic paste, few curry leaves, masala paste, cleaned-crabs, salt to taste and 1 tbsp Zaiqa’s Noor-e-Samundar Masala cook till done.
- Garnish chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
