Dry Crab Fry

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg crabs
  2. 2 onions slice
  3. 2 tomatoes slices
  4. few peppercorns
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. curry leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp Zaiqa’s Noor-e-Samundar Masala

Preparation

  1. Wash and Clean 1 kg crabs.
  2. In a pan sauté 2 onions slices, few peppercorns, 2 tomatoes slices well, sauté till almost done. Cool and grind to paste.
  3. Pan, add oil fry ginger garlic paste, few curry leaves, masala paste, cleaned-crabs, salt to taste and 1 tbsp Zaiqa’s Noor-e-Samundar Masala cook till done.
  4. Garnish chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
