Fried Chicken Kababs

  1. Marinate 1 kg chicken pcs with Zaiqa Butter Chicken Masala, 1 cup curd, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tsp lemon juice and 2-3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste for 4 hours.
  2. Add 1 egg and 4 tbsp corn flour just before frying.
  3. Deep fry the chicken and serve hot.
