Paneer Jalfrezie

Ingredients

  1. 1 tsp zeera,
  2. ¼ tsp kalonji seeds,
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 3 tbsp Oil
  5. 2 Onion slices,
  6. 1 Capcisum juliennes,
  7. 1 Tomato Wedges
  8. 1 tbsp Zaiqa Kadai Fry masala,
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  11. 200 gms Paneer fingers

Preparation

  1. Heat Oil, add 1 tsp zeera, ¼ tsp kalonji seeds, ginger garlic paste, sauté for a minute.
  2. Add Onion slices, Capcisum juliennes, Tomato Wedges sauté on high add Zaiqa Kadai Fry masala, garam masala and kasoori methi.
  3. Add paneer fingers, toss all well add little water if required.
  4. Simmer for 4-5 mins, finally add lime juice and coriander leaves.
