Pepper Chicken

Variations – paneer / prawns / mushroom / fish

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken pieces or chicken cut into 8 big pcs
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Pepper Barbeque Spice Rub
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with curd, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and salt to taste.
  2. Also add Worcestershire sauce (optional) and 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Pepper Barbeque Spice Rub and marinate for 4 hours.
  3. Pan fry or cook in an OTG for 20-25 mins. Baste with butter while grilling.
