The Tandoori Masala has been specifically created for tandoor (clay oven) based dishes. The tandoor is mostly used in Afghan, Pakistani, Indian cuisine. The spices used in the Tandoori Masala pair nicely with the smokiness of the tandoor, creating tandoori dishes that are second to none.
