Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

Tandoori Chicken Tikka – Variations –  Paneer/ Prawns/Mushrooms

  1. 500 gms Chicken boneless pcs / Paneer Cubes
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Tandoori Masala
  5. Salt to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Marinate with 1 cup curd, salt, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2-3 tsp Zaiqa Tandoori masala, marinate for 4 hours
  2. Grill over coal, basting with oil in between till done – about 12 mins
  3. Alternatively grill in a grill pan with 2-3 tsp oil/butter for 12- 15 mins
