The Achari Masala brings you those memories, in a subtle yet flavorful spice blend that will give your gravies and fries a tantalizing tangy flavour. Use it with your vegetables or your meat dishes to give it an achari twist, which is sure to bring back memories and help create some more.

Ingredients - Red Chilli pwd, Dhania pwd, Haldi pwd, Garam masala pwd, Zeera, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Amchoor pwd & other spices.

Achari Chicken Masala

 Variations – paneer/ bhindi/ meat/ potatoes

Ingredients

 Marinade:

 Marinate the chicken and cook for few minutes in oil and keep aside.

 For gravy

 Preparation

 * Suggestion - deseed the big green chillies
and stuff with a mixture of 1-2 tsp Zaiqa Achari Masala and 1 tsp lemon juice.  

** Tadka - splutter some mustard seeds, whole
red chillies, curry leaves and add to the gravy towards the end.

Recipe 2 - Achari Paneer Masala

Ingredients

 Marinade:

 Marinate the paneer cubes, sauté for few minutes in oil and keep aside.

For gravy  

§  1 cup tomato paste

§  ½ cup onion paste

§  1 tsp Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala

§  Salt to taste

§  ¼ tsp turmeric powder

§  4 big green chillies
(optional and de-seeded)*

§  3 tbsp oil

 Preparation

1.     Heat oil, fry onion paste, add tomatoes paste, Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala and tumeric pwd.

2.     Cook till oil separates and add the cooked chicken and stuffed chillies. Add a little water and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.

3.     Finally add tadka** and serve with Naan/Roti.
