Ingredients
· 1 kg chicken
· 4 tbsp oil
· Whole Garam Masala (2 cloves, 1 inch Cinnamon & 3 Cardamon)
· 2 onions (2 chopped fine, 2 sliced)
· 2 tomatoes (chopped)
· 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
· Coriander leaves (for garnish)
· 1-2 tbsp Zaiqa Chicken Masala Powder
· 1/2 cup Curd (optional)
· Salt (as neded)
Masala
paste – to grind
· 2 medium sized onions (chopped)
· 1 inch ginger
· 10-12 cloves garlic
· 1/2 tsp Zaiqa Chicken Masala
· Handful Coriander Leaves
Masala paste – to grind

Preparation
1. Heat oil, add whole garam masala fry chopped onions till translucent.
2. Add the ground masala paste and sauté for 3-4 mins. Add Zaiqa Chicken Masala and salt as per taste.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook well for 5 mins. Add the chicken pieces and cook on a low flame. Add curd saute well and add water (about 1 cup) and keep stirring periodically. Cook till the gravy is done. Garnish with coriander leaves and finely chopped green chillies.
