Ingredients
- 1 tsp zeera
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3-4 green chillies
- 2 one-inch pieces of ginger
- 4 tablespoons oil and 2 tsp ghee
- 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
- 3 large tomatoes (blanched, de-skinned and pureed)
- 2 tsp Zaiqa Kadai Paneer Masala
- ½ tsp kasoori methi
- 200 gms paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 medium green capsicums (cut into ¼ inch cubes)
- 3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Make a paste of 1 tsp Zaiqa Kadai Paneer Masala and kasoori methi with 2-3 tsp water and keep aside.
- Grind garlic, green chillies and half the ginger to a paste and set aside. Cut the rest of the ginger into juliennes.
- Fry onions till golden brown, add the ginger-garlic-green chillies paste and fry for minute. Add the Zaiqa Kadai Paneer Masala & kasoori methi paste. Add the tomatoes puree and salt; simmer for 5-7 mins. Add paneer cubes sauté for 5 mins.
- Add the capsicums, cream, tomato sauce and stir well. Cook covered on low heat till almost done (sprinkle a little water if necessary). Add an additional tsp of Zaiqa Kadai Paneer Masala. Simmer for 2-3 mins and Serve Hot with Naans or Rotis garnished with ginger juliences and coriander leaves.
