Ingredients – Red Chilli, Dhania, Kasuri methi, Mint Leaves, Mustard, Cardamom,
Cloves, Black peppercorns, Cinnamon & Fennel seeds.

Shahi Mutton Gravy
· ½ kg. mutton
· 4 tbsp oil
· 2 onion slices
· 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
· ½ tsp turmeric powder
· 2 tsp. Zaiqa Meat masala
· Salt to taste
· ½ cup curd
· 2 tsp Chilli powder
· 1/8 piece of coconut (ground)
· 25 gms Cashew nut (ground)
· 2 tbsp Cream
· Few coriander leaves
Preparation
1. Heat oil, add onions and fry
till golden brown. Drain the onions and grind to paste.
2. In the same oil add ginger
garlic paste and stir well. Add meat, haldi pwd and salt. Fry till oil separates. Pressure Cook for 1 whistle simmer for 5 mins.
3. Now add the brown onion paste
and fry well. Add curd, Zaiqa Meat Masala pwd, chilli powder stir for 2 minutes.
4. Add coconut and cashew nut
paste. Fry till oil separates from the masala. Pour 1 cup water, simmer for 10
minutes. Add cream and coriander leaves, serve hot.

Heat oil, fry onions add ginger garlic
paste saute well add meat add water, salt and turmeric pwd and pressure cook
for 1 whistle and simmer 7 mins. Cool and open add puree of 2 tomatoes, zaiqa
meat masala and red chilli pwd, curd sauté on high for 7 mins. Add coriander
leaves and close & simmer for 5 mins.
