Ingredients - Red Chilli, Dhania, Haldi, Garam masala, Zeera, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Amchoor pwd & other spices.


Noor-e-Samundari Masala

Recipe 1 – Fish Fry


·     500 gms fish slices

·     1 tbsp garlic paste

·      2 tbsp Zaiqa Noor-e -Samundari Masala

·   Salt to taste

·      1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

·      Few curry leaves


1.    Make a paste of Zaiqa Noor-e-Samundari Masala, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, little water coat the prepared paste on Fish.

2.  Apply the masala paste generously on the fish slices, top curry leaves and pat the slices. Marinate for 10 to 15 mins.

3.    Shallow Fry


Recipe 2 - Prawns Fry

1.     Wash and clean ½ kg prawns and marinate with vinegar and salt for 10 mins.

2.      Then add 3 tbsp Zaiqa Noor-e-Samundari Masala and 1 tbsp garlic paste. Smear well and marinate for another 30 mins.

3.     Heat oil, add slit green chillies and curry leaves. Stir-fry for a minute and add prawns.  Cook on high and toss well.

4.     Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

 Recipe 3 - Dry Crab Fry

1.     Wash and clean 1 kg crabs.

2.     In a pan sauté 2 onions (sliced), few peppercorns and 2 tomatoes (sliced). Fry till almost done. Cool and grind to a paste. In a pan, add oil, fry ginger-garlic paste, few curry leaves, masala paste, cleaned-crabs, 1 tbsp Zaiqa Noor-e-Samundari Masala and salt to taste.

3.     Cook till done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
